For the last 3 years, at the start of every year, I’ve done this little exercise to maximise my annual leave days. Now, I know Finder has created something similar, so if you’re not from Australia or in NSW, check out their website for other locations. But Finder only used the standard 20 days, and given that I haven’t used up all my leave last year, I figured I can squeeze a bit more off-time out in 2020.

So below is my take of using requesting 22 days off to get 53 days of annual leave – NSW residents only.
